The ward of Abermaw is on the west coast of Meirionnydd overlooking Cardigan Bay. Neighbouring council wards are;
- Dyffryn Ardudwy Pwllheli to the north,
- Brithdir and Llanfachreth/Ganllwyd/Llanelltyd to the north west,
- Arhtog a Llangelynnin to the south.
The current councillor is Rob Triggs, Independent.
We are in the process of exploring the possibility of setting up a branch in this area and partnering with neighbouring wards.
